GURDWARA BANDA GHAT - NANDED
Gurdwara Banda Ghat, Nanded(Maharashtra) was the Ashram of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur (Madho Dass Bairagi). In 1708 AD the first meeting of Sri Gobind Singh with Madho Dass Bairagi took place at this very spot. With the blessings of the great Guru, Banda Singh Bahadur entered the portals of the Sikh faith took on the Sikh form and proceeded to the Punjab to tame the tyrants.
GURDWARA BABA BANDA SINGH BAHADUR, MEHRAULI - DELHI
Baba Banda Singh Bahadur alongwith his family members and 740 Sikh soldiers were brought in captivity from Garhi Gurdas Nangal to Delhi. Baba Banda Singh Bahadur and his four years old son, Ajay Singh alongwith 26 eminent Sikhs were martyred here.
GURDWARA SHAHEED GANJ, MAIDAN CHAPAR CHIRI - SIRHAND
Gurdwara Shaheed Ganj, Maidan Chapar Chiri (Greater Mohali, Sirhand) is the place where the teeming troops of the Sirhand Governor, Wazir Khan were encountered by the dedicated force of Banda Singh Bahadur, which claimed Wazir Khan's life, but at the same time a large number of Sikh men and women met their martyrdom.
GURDWARA (GARHI) GURDAS NANGAL - GURDASPUR
Gurdwara (Garhi) Gurdas Nangal is situated at a spot six kilometres away from Gurdaspur. The Mughal forces were relentlessly pursuing Baba Banda Singh Bahadur and they laid siege to the Gurdas Nangal Garhi for eight months, at the end of which Baba Banda Singh Bahadur was captured along with his companions.
GURDWARA QILLA LOHGARH SAHIB - SADHAURA
Baba Banda Singh Bahadur laid the foundation of the capital of the first Sikh State at a place earlier called Mukhlis Garh, Qilla Lohgarh, about 20 Kilometres from Sadhaura. From this hallowed place he set up the seal and struck the coins in the name of Sri Guru Nanak Dev and Sri Guru Gobind Singh.
GURDWARA FATEHGARH SAHIB, QILLA - SIRHAND
Sri Guru Gobind Singh's two younger sons, Baba Zoravar Singh and Baba Fateh Singh were bricked alive at this spot. In combat, Baba Banda Singh Bahadur conquered this fort. The Gurdwara at Fatehgarh Sahib is a monument to this unparalleled sacrifice.
GURDWARA SAHIB, DERA BABA BANDA BAHADUR - RIASI
After various conquests against Mughals and defeating hill Rajas, Banda Singh along with Mata Shushil Kaur, Mata Sahib Kaur and some Sikhs settled at a lonely place on the Bank of the river Chanab, in the Jammu state. It was called Dera Baba Banda Singh Bahadur. Besides having ashes of Banda Singh Bahadur, the shrine also has an arrow, a huge sword and some weapons given to Baba Banda Singh by Guru Gobind Singh. Annually, thousands Hindu-Sikh devotees from across India visit the shrine all year around, especially during the occasion of Vaisakhi. This is counted as one of the important pilgrimage and tourist destination of Jammu region.
